Christmas 2008

We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. We had a wonderful time. There wasn't any snow for us but we did get rain! We were blessed to have both sets of grandparents come over to enjoy breakfast with us and watch Gavin and Grace open their presents.


Gavin was really lucky to receive a Red Ryder BB gun. We watched the Christmas Story movie on Xmas eve and he didn't even have a clue. He did like the movie. He also got a lot of other great gifts - Diamondbacks baseball camp (next week), new dirt bike gear, and a basketball hoop. He thought his old hoop was stolen as it was missing when he went outside to play with his new basketball. Wish I could show you what his face looked like when he saw the new one. (And yes, he is wearing shorts and no shoes in December - only in Arizona!)




Ms. Gracie got a doll house and many other gifts. She enjoyed playing with all the toys. She really like having Gavin help her with the presents.


After breakfast, we went to the Phoenix Suns basketball game as we received suite tickets from Scott's work. It was so much fun. Gracie really loved being able to walk around and play during the game. She also did very well with everyone cheering. Yeah Gracie!!

The rest of the day was spent relaxing and it was perfect.
